We manufacture industrial thermometers, but we sell service, reliability, product quality, and performance.

• Accuracy per ASME B40.3 Grad A ±1% full span guaranteed.
• Calibration is to standards traceable to National Institute of Standards and Testing (NIST) for all standard thermometers and measuring instruments used in the manufacturing process.
• Temperature ranges -- over 120 ranges developed, custom ranges available.
• Case and bezel are available in 304SS (standard) and 316SS (optional), and external parts are corrosion resistant to most materials.  Silicone fill is available for vibration dampening.
• Standard lens material is extra heavy-duty instrument glass, and other options include shatterproof glass, tempered glass, and plastics.
• External reset feature is available on most units; calibration adjustment using an Allen wrench discourages inadvertent tampering.
• True anti-parallax dial is available on 3", 4", and 5" models, with graduations printed on the same plane as the pointer tip, to minimize reading error.
• Hermetic seal employs a silicon gasket which provides a dustproof and leakproof seal.  Testing conforms with ASME B40.3 procedures.
• Stem is 304SS tubing (316SS available) which is welded, drawn, and fabricated to exacting tolerances.  Standard lengths are available from 2-1/2" to 120".
• The bimetal coil is a super sensitive helix coil, fabricated to tight tolerances, then silicone coated to minimize pointer vibration and to maximize heat transfer and response time.
