Sanitary RTDs

SANITARY RESISTANCE TEMPERATURE DETECTORS (RTDs)

Standard sanitary resistance temperature detector assemblies include a proven thin film PT100 platinum RTD sensing element, packaged in an all welded 316 stainless steel probe. Configurations feature Tri-Clover® fittings and surface finishes that comply with 3A Standard Number 74-07 for food, dairy, beverage, pharmaceutical and chemical processing applications. A compact programmable transmitter can also be built into the probe assembly.

SPAA3, which can be paired with a connection head and programmable transmitter for 4-20 mA, HART or mV output, using 2 or 3 wire PT100 sensors. Unterminated (bare wire) or M12 connection termination options are also available.

STAA3 features a PT100 RTD with a factory configured, built-in 4-20mA transmitter and termination options that include an M12 connector with or without mate and cable, or strain relief with cable.

Tel-Tru Industrial resistance temperature detectors (RTDs) are highly configurable to fit your temperature requirements and deliver outstanding reliability.
