NOTE: Cooper Instrument Corp. Model FW2000-3 is a durable thermocouple that has a Type K probe jack allowing for more extensive applications. Wrap around probe cord with snap-fit probe storage in the back, waterproof, can calibrate in field, sealed membrane keypad, quick response time. Instrument Range -100/999ºF (-73/537ºC) +/-2ºF. 5"" LCD viewing display area, 1ºF resolution. Ambient temperature range 0/115ºF (-18/46ºC). Ambient humidity range 0 to 100%, ABS plastic case, power 9-volt alkaline battery, automatic shut off after 2 minutes of non-use. Dimensions 6.25"" x 2.25"" x 1/5"", weight 7.6 oz., NSF approved. PROBE SPECIFICATIONS -100/500ºF (-72/260ºC), max cord wire temperature 500ºF (260ºC), response time 2 seconds, probe type K thermocouple, shaft length 3.75"".
NOTE: DeltaTRAK Model 11000 Flash Check Pocket Probe Thermometer has a 3.9" probe and is IP56 waterproof and grease resistant. It runs on a 1.5V button battery and features auto shut off. Specified temperature range is -40/302ºF (-40/150ºC) and accuracy is ±1ºF (-4 to 194ºF) or ±0.5ºC (-20 to 90ºC); otherwise ±1.8ºF (±1ºC), with a 0.1ºF resolution.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- The "R" in the model number denotes re-calibration feature.
- Do not subject polycarbonate lens to temperatures above 270°F (130°C).
- All Tel-Tru Food Service Thermometers have an accuracy of +/-1% full span per ASME B40.3 Grade A.
- Adjustable pan clip is standard on 5" and 8" GT100R, LT225R, and LT330R.
