TEL-TRU NON-CONTACT THERMOMETERS

The TEL-FAST is a hand-held, battery-operated device that safely and accurately measures surface temperature using non-contact infrared technology. Infrared sensors consist of optics, detector, display, and output. Special optics gather infrared energy from a target and focuses this energy onto a custom detector. The detector converts the infrared energy into an electrical signal proportionate to the temperature of the target surface being measured and is displayed as a digital temperature measurement in °F or °C within milliseconds.

The TEL-FAST has a rugged USA made plastic design and one button operation combine for ease of use. Simply point the unit at the desired target and hold the ""on"" button for the temperature to display. For increased ease and accuracy the optional laser sighting feature makes aiming even more precise.

One special feature of the QT418LD is a Type K thermocouple port, which will accept the 50426-K thermocouple. This item is designed for use in insertion/immersion applications for a quick response, or for measuring high temperatures.
