SANITARY PRESSURE GAUGESTel-Tru Sanitary Pressure Gauges are engineered to meet the stringent performance and material demands within dairy, food, chemical, biotechnology and pharmaceutical environments. All models are designed and manufactured to meet 3A Standard Number 74-03, Sanitary Standards for Sensors and Sensor Fittings and Connections. Tel-Tru’s Select Line, Fractional Seal, and Homogenizer models are certified to this 3A standard. The gauges are available in 2½" or 4" case sizes. Configurations include back-connected and lower back-connected models. Diaphragm seal fitting connections are standard in 316L Stainless Steel with 1½", 2" and ¾" Tri-Clamp® sizes. Other options, fitting types and 3.1.B certificates are available. FRACTIONAL SEAL - MODEL 62
SANITARY PRESSURE GAUGE
Fractional seal gauges meet the most stringent requirements for
pharmaceutical and biotech applications. All external surfaces
are electropolished 316 SS, with a 316L SS electropolished ¾"
APC (Tri-Clamp) fitting and seal. A patented temperature compensation
system ensures accuracy. May be CIP or SIP, both dry and filled
types can be autoclaved.

SANITARY PRESSURE GAUGE
Autoclaveable gauges have all 316 SS external parts with 316L SS
1½" Tri-Clamp fitting and seals. They are designed for
installation on mobile tanks in pharmaceutical plants, or for hospital
and biotech processing equipment that require external autoclaving
without removing the gauge to meet both hygienic and production

HOMOGENIZER - MODEL 64
SANITARY PRESSURE GAUGE
The heavy-duty all 316 SS case Homogenizer gauges are accurate to
better than ±1% full scale, liquid filled for vibration and
pulsation damping, temperature compensated and have a safety blowout
device. Special diaphragm seals with or without flanges fit homogenizers;
pressure ranges go from 1,500 to 20,000 psi. SPECIFICATIONS:
