Fermentation Tanks

Yeast is added to the wort; sugars are converted to alcohol and carbon dioxide. Normal ale fermentation temperatures range from 68°F to 72°F.  For lagers the temperatures range from 45°F to 55°F.

Common temperatures: 32-78°F depending on the beer style being fermented
