We want to thank you for your continued trust in Tel-Tru Manufacturing and for relying on our Check-Set to support your operations.

As part of our ongoing commitment to innovation and food safety, we are officially discontinuing the Old Check-Sets and transitioning to our newly released Check-Set Data Logger and New Check-Set Calibrator. These new models offer enhanced features, improved reliability, and are designed to better meet the evolving needs of the industry.

Sales & Warranty Coverage on Old Devices

• We will continue to sell the old version of the Check-Set at 25% off list price through 12/31/25.
• All valid warranties will be fully honored through their expiration date, including those recently extended through recertification.
• Effective immediately (9/30/25), no further warranty extensions will be issued for recertifications on discontinued devices.
• Tel-Tru will continue to provide service and repair support for the old Check-Set for the remainder of all active warranties (Ex. If an old Check-Set was recertified on the last day recertification of extended warranties were offered 9/30/25 that warranty will expire 9/30/26.)
• Tel-Tru will continue to offer recertification services on ALL Check-Set’s regardless of age provided they are in good working order.
• If an old Check-Set is in need of repairs and it is covered by warranty it will be performed at no cost to the customer provided parts are available.
• In cases where repair is not feasible, we will work with you on a resolution that may include an upgrade option to the new Check-Set models.
• If an old Check-Set is in need of repairs and is not covered by warranty, repairs will be performed based on parts availability and customers will be billed for parts and labor accordingly. If a repair is not feasible, we will work with you on an upgrade.

Upgrade Opportunities

To support a smooth transition, we are offering a preferred customer upgrade program:

• Customers with active warranties on the old Check-Set will receive a special discount off of list price when purchasing a new Check-Set Data Logger or a new Check-Set Calibrator.
• This program ensures you can continue to enjoy uninterrupted compliance, accuracy, and support.

New Check-Set Data Logger & New Check-Set Calibrator Warranty

• All new Check-Set Data Loggers & New Check-Set Calibrators will come with a one year warranty.
