Great product, easy to use, super helpful, great price! I've bought several to have in multiple rooms. The dial includes temperatures to use for different types of teas. My green, white, and herbal teas taste so much better now I know when the water is heated enough. Previously I'd been heating the water to the boiling point, knowing that was too hot, but not knowing how to tell when the water was at the correct termperature. This gadget makes the tea and life much easier. Thanks for carrying it. Also, service was great!
