Annual factory recalibration and recertification service includes thorough inspection and NIST traceable calibration.  
Re-certification orders placed online WILL require credit card information.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • Unit must be within warranty (manufactured within last 5 years)
  • Unit must be in good condition; this recalibration service does not include maintenance or repair to existing units
  • Unit will be returned with a new 2 point calibration certificate traceable to NIST
  • This recalibration does not affect or change the existing Digi-Tel warranty; original product has a 5-year manufacturer warranty
  • For battery-powered units, Tel-Tru will replace battery as part of this service

The serial number of your digital thermometer will be located on the back of unit. We will need this number in order to issue a new certificate of calibration.
PO number is optional and for customer's use only. Credit card information will still be required to complete this order.
