Calibrator Recertification
Many customers require their calibrator to be recertified annually to comply with regulations.  We recommend our annual Recertification Service, which includes maintenance, inspection, cleaning, and accuracy recertification of your Check-Set thermometer calibrator. This service automatically extends the product warranty one year, for up to nine years. Recertification orders placed online will require credit card information, and also qualify for a $10 discount.

Check-Set calibrators provide accurate and cost-effective calibration and accuracy verification for a wide range of thermometers and temperature measurement instruments, including dial and digital thermometers, filled system bulbs, and electronic temperature sensors. Using a Check-Set calibrator, you will be able to verify the accuracy of your thermometers at the temperature point that is critical to your application.

Our calibrator housings contain a metallic dry block or "well" that holds the thermometer, which gets heated or cooled to the desired testing temperature. Check-Set calibrators offer various diameter holes and removable wells, allowing one device to calibrate many different types of thermometers.

Each well insert may accommodate a range of sizes
In order to get the most accurate readings on your thermometer when using a dry block calibrator, the probe should fit snugly into the appropriate hole, and the probe sensing area of the thermometer should be fully inserted into the Temperature Control Zone of the calibrator.
